The terms that apply when you buy from or use this website.

1. Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once payment clears. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock) and will refund any payment in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stitch via card or instant EFT. We never see or store your card or bank details.
3. Delivery
Free delivery on orders over R750; under R750 a flat R95 applies. Tracked courier, 2 to 4 working days to main centres and 3 to 5 to outlying areas, dispatched from Cape Town. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Returns and refunds
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@verdantlife.co.za with a photo and your order number within 7 days and we will replace or refund it. As food products, items cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
5. Product information
We list ingredients and nutrition for every product. If you have an allergy or specific dietary need, please check the pack and contact us before ordering.
6. Liability
We take care to describe products accurately, but to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
